Federal Court Orders VA to Honor AFGE Union Contract in Major Labor Win In a unanimous decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit kept the largest collective bargaining agreement covering Department of Veterans Affairs employees in place.

Memorial Day is our opportunity to reflect on the contributions of our armed service members who died in the line of duty. We honor their service to our country.
