Our residents at Mother of Perpetual Help assisted living had a wonderful visit from a couple of our feathered friends and their handlers from ! The sanctuary is home to more than 200 animals and treats more than 750 raptors a year.

She only has eyes for you! Sophie the therapy dog made a stop at our Independent Living Apartments, Our Lady of Life recently. While research on the efficacy of therapy dogs and older adults mostly pertains to skilled nursing communities and hospitals, who couldn't feel better when a dog looks at you that way?

Today, we celebrate the mothers, grandmothers, foster mothers, adoptive mothers, mother figures, and caregivers whose love, strength, and compassion shape families and communities every day.

In recognition of the Masters Tournament this past weekend, Our Lady of Life held a Men’s Masters of Putting Tournament. Steve Stenger won, and keeping with tradition of kissing the trophy, he did too!

Our Director of Wellness, Roya Bushong, encouraged some of our Our Lady of Life residents to participate in the GO! St. Louis® Mature Mile on Saturday in Forest Park. The walk is to designed to show that fitness does not have an age limit. Congratulations on staying fit!

Welcome to the centenarian club, Miss Marge! She recently celebrated turning 100 with her family and Mother of Perpetual Help friends. Congratulations! 🎉🎂

Hope grows when you meet children where they are.

Liz and Bill dreamed of a big family. Today, their home is filled with love, resilience and beautiful lessons of fostering children, including Cameron and Collin, twins who are reunited and thriving.
