October 10 is World Mental Health Day

Today, and everyday, let’s remember that many people are fighting a tough battle, and it’s okay to ask for backup when you feel alone. Taking care of your mental health is an act of strength, not weakness.

Mental health resources are available through Stafford Shield, and our Mental Health Unit is ready to respond.

You are not alone. You matter. And asking for help is always okay.
