We’re still having a little trouble getting our prize video to upload to Facebook, but we do have a great look at all the fun we had Saturday at Fall Safety Day!

We are incredibly thankful for the businesses and individuals who generously donated their gifts, time, and talents to make this event so special.

A special shoutout to our very own Stanley Tigers, who helped bring this event to life through video promotions, flyer design, and banner creation! We are especially grateful for our wonderful partnership with the Stanley Elementary PTO. Their creativity, enthusiasm, and hard work helped make this day a success!

And the fun isn’t over yet! We still have some goodies left over from our Safety Day fundraiser, so keep an eye out for an upcoming online raffle! We’re brainstorming the best way to make it happen and we’ll share more details soon.

Now, we want to see YOUR pictures! If you snapped any photos while spending the afternoon with us, please share them in the comments! We’d especially love to see where all those decorated pumpkins found their new homes!

Thank you, Stanley, for showing up and supporting our community!

THANK YOU, STANLEY!

What a GREAT day for our community!

We had so much fun at our Fall Safety Day, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing community partners, volunteers, and everyone who came out to spend the afternoon with us!

A special THANK YOU to all of our generous sponsors who donated prizes and helped make our Trick or Treat fundraiser such a success!

Fundraiser Winners: If you weren’t present when prizes were announced, don’t worry! We’ll be giving you a call to let you know what you won! Our video concluding the day and sharing what you won is not cooperating, but we will share as soon as Facebook allows.

Most importantly, thank you, Stanley, for being such a wonderful community to serve. Days like today remind us that policing is about more than a badge. It’s about building relationships, sharing laughs, supporting one another, and making memories together.

We are grateful to be part of this little town and the people who make it so special!

What an incredible weekend for Kara Winum at Walk to the Wall! Not only did Kara meet her personal fundraising goal, but the C.O.P.S. Foundation reached its goal as well!

Kara checked in with us at the PD and shared how grateful she was for every picture, message, phone call, and show of support.

We set out to remind the Winum family that they are not walking this journey alone, and our community showed up!

To everyone who took a moment to walk, run, reach out, or simply remember, thank you.

We will never forget. We will keep moving forward, and we will continue honoring the life, service, and legacy of Officer Nick Winum.

Today and tomorrow, Kara Winum will be participating in Walk to the Wall in Washington, D.C., honoring Nick’s memory and supporting the families of our fallen heroes.

While Kara is putting in the miles in D.C., our Stanley Police Department family will be lacing up and stepping out right here in Page County to show our support! 💙

We invite our community to join us! Take a little time today to get outside, whether it’s for a walk, a run, or just a few minutes of fresh air. Snap a picture and share it with us to show Kara, the Winum family, and the C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors) Foundation that Page County is walking alongside them in spirit.

Kara, we’re cheering you on every step of the way! Your Stanley family is behind you, and Nick will never be forgotten.

🍂🎃 FALL SAFETY DAY 🎃🍂

WHAT TO EXPECT
Stanley Police Department and Stanley Elementary PTO are excited to partner together to bring our community a fun-filled afternoon on October 17th from 1:00-4:00pm at Ed Good Park, focused on safety, family, and a little fall fun!

SAFETY, COMMUNITY & FUN FOR OUR YOUTH
Several local agencies will be joining us to help promote safety and provide families with valuable information and resources. Our youth will also have the opportunity to participate in fun activities designed to make learning about safety exciting and engaging!

But we haven’t forgotten about the adults… 😉

🎃 ADULTS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 🎃
We’re excited to introduce our Trick or Treat Raffle, a special fundraiser supporting Stanley PD’s efforts to expand youth activities and programs throughout the summer.
And just like trick-or-treating… you never know what you’re going to get!
🍬 Each fall-themed raffle tag will have a number.
🎟️ Each number corresponds with a prize.
👀 The best part? YOU get to pick your tag!
So choose wisely… because your tag could bring you a TRICK or a TREAT! 👻🍫
💰 1 Tag — $20
💰 2 Tags — $30
Every ticket purchased helps support opportunities for the children in our community. Your participation allows Stanley PD to continue building positive connections with our youth and create more activities and experiences for them throughout the year.

🥨 DON’T FORGET TO SUPPORT OUR PTO! 🥨
Stanley Elementary PTO will be providing concessions throughout the event! So come hungry and help us support the incredible people who go above and beyond for our kids every single day.

The PTO works hard to support our students, teachers, and school community, and every purchase helps them continue making a difference for our children. So, grab a snack, enjoy a treat, and show them a little extra love while you’re here!

Come out, enjoy the fall festivities, learn something new, support our community, and take a chance on a little TRICK OR TREAT fun!
Will you pick a TRICK… or will you find yourself with a TREAT?

We can’t wait to see you there!
