🚜 Harvest Season Safety Reminder 🌽

As fall comes and harvest gets under way, please take extra caution at gravel road intersections, at busy field driveways, and around farm equipment—especially when tall corn or dirt/dust is blocking your view. These can become dangerous due to limited visibility and give farm equipment space to safely maneuver.

👀 Look both ways—twice.
đźš— Slow down before every intersection.
📵 Stay off your phone—distractions can wait.
đźšś Watch for farm equipment and other rural drivers.

Let’s keep ourselves, our neighbors, and our families safe on the road. Share this to help spread the word! 💛

25 years later, we remember. We honor the lives lost, the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the families who continue to carry their memories. We must not and will not ever forget!

“Time is passing. Yet, for the United States of America, there will be no forgetting September the 11th. We will remember every rescuer who died in honor. We will remember every family that lives in grief. We will remember the fire and ash, we remember.....” — George W. Bush

Hard to believe we are just starting into 2026. With that being said, February 21st 2026 is the date for our annual soup supper fundraiser.

We are taking donations for silent auction and raffle items. Know a small business that maybe interested in donating towards the event, reach out to a fire department member or simply send a message.
We look forward to the new year and seeing all that support our small community department
