The Fighting Crab Swim Team is a member of The Riverbend Swim League, and is hosted by Cowans Ford Golf Club at Lake Norman in Stanley, North Carolina.
It's a great place to enhance your swimmer's skills in a fun-loving team environment!

Introducing the Iron Man Swimmer Award!!! Awarded to those swimmers at the end of the season who have tried each individual event in their age group at least once! This year is off to such a great start and we can’t wait to watch our swimmers continue to learn and grow!! GO CRABS!! 🦀

✨️✨️We're excited to announce our first spirit night with Cookies and Creme here in Denver! Just stop in, tell them you're there for our spirit night and we'll earn a portion of the funds back for the team!! 🙌🙌 As a team, we're planning on being there 6-8PM. 🎉🎉

Updated practice schedule for this week and going forward. Friday mornings are optional since we have meets Thursday evenings.
** This week afternoon practices will be Monday & Wednesday due to meets T/Th

**Birkdale meet closes Sunday at midnight
**LS/SG meet closes Tuesday at midnight
Calendar - Cowan's Ford Pizza will be served, swimmers are free, and non-swimmers are just $5 each. Please be sure to RSVP by this Friday if you plan to eat. Hope to see you there!

✨️✨️Reminder: Family Fun Night is tonight from 6-8PM 🎉🎉 We'll have food, games and plenty of fun!! Bring your swimsuit! 🏊♀️🏊♂️
⛈️ Pending the weather, we may have to transition to inside only. We'd love to make it a PJ Party! 🥰 If you have any Cowans Ford PJ pants, feel free to wear those. Or anything red, white or black.
**We will also have PJ pants available for purchase at our merch table! 🙌
**Non-swimmers are $5 per person
