Today, the Stanton Police Department joins communities across our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the 2,977 innocent lives taken, the families forever changed, and the countless first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away.

We remember the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness displayed that day. We remember the police officers, firefighters, EMTs, military members, and ordinary citizens who answered the call to help.

As members of law enforcement, we carry their example with us. We honor their memory by continuing to serve with courage, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to protect those we are entrusted to serve.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the unity that brought our nation together.

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.
