It is with profound sadness that the Staten Island Republican Party mourns the passing of our former Vice Chairwoman and longtime County Committee member, Karen Chestnut-Sayers.

Karen was a special woman whose compassion, genuineness, and radiant smile touched countless lives across Staten Island. She served our Party with dedication, integrity, and grace for many years. Her presence brought warmth and wisdom to every gathering, and she will be deeply missed in all the places we come together.
While her family mourns in private today, we will celebrate her beautiful life and enduring spirit at a special memorial this summer.
