Help shape meaningful, independent lives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll support the Community Living Coordinator in overseeing Supported Living Services and residential programs across our service area.

You’ll be the go-to resource for Direct Support Professionals and Host Home Providers—offering training, guidance, and day-to-day support to ensure services are person-centered, high quality, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. From coordinating medical care and monitoring programs to helping with billing and program reviews, you’ll play a vital role in keeping services running smoothly while fostering wellness, safety, and dignity for every individual we serve.

Today Sunset Meadows hosted and joined us for a presentation by Megan Stetson from Craig's CSU extension office for a mini course on safe grilling! And of course, we immediately put in into practice with hotdogs and hamburgers - We even had our local Bambi poke his head over to see what we were cooking up!
