After much consideration, the Steele Chamber of Commerce has made the difficult decision to postpone Steele’s 125th Founders Day celebration, originally scheduled for November 21.

We know many of you have been looking forward to this event, and we have been so excited by the interest and support we’ve received over the past several weeks. ❤️

As planning has progressed, we’ve realized that we need more time to bring together the celebration that 125 years of Steele deserves. Rather than rush the final weeks and deliver less than what we’ve envisioned for our community, we feel postponing is the right decision.

This is a postponement — not a cancellation! 🎉

We’ll be announcing a new date and additional details as soon as plans are finalized. Thank you to everyone who has shared our posts, offered to help, signed up to participate, or simply told us how excited you were.

We appreciate your understanding and your support of our community.

125 years is worth celebrating — and we intend to celebrate it right.. ❤️
