Education starts with curiosity, and every classroom visit, community event, and hands-on activity is an opportunity to inspire the next generation of groundwater stewards.

At Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, we're committed to helping students and community members understand where their water comes from, why groundwater matters, and how we can all play a role in protecting this vital resource for the future.

Operating Permit Renewals are mailed every 5 years to update our records and ensure we have the most accurate information for permitted wells. Since your permit was issued, information may have changed, including:

• Property ownership
• Contact information
• Contiguous property acreage
• Purpose of water use
• Well production (gallons per minute)

Why does this matter? Keeping permit records current helps us contact well owners when needed, accurately locate and regulate permitted wells, and better fulfill our mission of responsibly managing groundwater resources.

Even if your name and mailing address have not changed, please complete the owner information on the form. We may not have your current phone number or email address, or that information may have changed over the past five years.

Once completed, please return the form by mail, email, fax, or in person at our office. Our contact information is listed at the top of the form.

Not sure which well the renewal is for? Visit middletrinitygcd.org, open the public well map, and search using your District ID. If you have any questions, give us a call or stop by the office. We're happy to help!
