Midstate Independent Living Choices (MILC) is looking for a dedicated Wisconsin-Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home & Community Care team!

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in living independently and receiving quality care in their own homes? This could be a great opportunity for you!

✨ Position Highlights:
✅ Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week
✅ Flexible scheduling, with some evening hours required
✅ Remote administrative work
✅ In-person consumer visits throughout Northern Wisconsin
✅ Mileage reimbursement
✅ Paid training

📍 Service Areas: Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas, Florence, and Forest counties. Applicants residing in Oneida County or another listed service county are preferred.

What We're Looking For:
🔹 Current Wisconsin RN license
🔹 At least one year of personal care or related experience
🔹 Supervisory and program-management experience
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills
🔹 A commitment to person-centered care and independent living

As part of the MILC team, you'll help oversee consumer care, support and train staff, develop care plans, and promote quality services that empower people with disabilities to live independently.

MILC is excited to offer Create & Connect, a weekly mental health art group for youth!

Create & Connect is a welcoming space to get creative, express yourself, connect with others, and support your mental well-being through art. No art experience is needed, just come ready to create!
