A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Big Book Sale a success!

We’re so grateful for all of our wonderful volunteers who donated their time and energy, and to everyone who stopped by to shop and support the library. We couldn’t do it without you!

And if you’re still looking for books, we have leftover books available for FREE in front of the library! Stop by and take some home.

Thank you for supporting the North Valley Public Library and our community.

We love the Scarecrow Festival! Thank you to everyone who voted for this year's entry, "There's no place like the library." Because of you, we took second place in the Group category. Hooray! And a special shout-out to Abigail Ellison Hall from our Friends of the Library, who thought up this great idea, and all those who pitched in to help her.

Library Count Week starts today! September 20–26, we’re joining libraries across Montana to learn more about how our community uses and values the library.

Every visit, click, question, and story helps us show the impact of North Valley Public Library!

Library Count Week is coming September 20–26!

During this special week, libraries across Montana will be taking a closer look at how our communities use and value their local libraries. Here at NVPL, we’ll be counting things like library visits, Wi-Fi and computer use, reference questions, and other services we provide every day.

We’ll also be asking YOU! Patrons are invited to complete a brief survey and share how the library makes a difference in their lives. ❤️

Why does it matter? The information collected during Library Count Week helps us better understand our community’s needs, improve our services, and show the impact libraries have across Montana.
