Qualifications
- Rank E4-E7
- Open to all MOS
- Minimum GT score of 90
- PULHES of 111221 or better
- Meet Army height and weight standards
- Pass the Army Combat Fitness Test
- Minimum of 3 years TIS for transfer to unit
- 4 years TIS required to attend Drill Sergeant Academy

Charlie Company conducted an Mutual Support Mission to assist 366th MP Co this weekend. We also conducted successful recruiting sessions in Tulsa and Stillwater to assist all units in the area and grow our NCO Corps. Team Win!

Shout out to our very own!! Congrats to SFC Rossiter on being the 108th Training Command's runner-up NCO of the Year and to SPC Benedict on winning the 108th's Soldier of the Year. SPC Benedict will now be moving on the US Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition where he will look to become the Soldier of the Year for the ENTIRE US Army Reserve command! Way to represent Charlie Company!
