Let’s talk about Voter Turnout

Registering to vote is only the beginning of a voters duty.

The real change, the real responsibility, the real action is showing up to vote.
And we aren’t just talking about the “Big” elections, we are talking about ALL elections.
School Board, City Council, Propositions!
All elections deserve the same visibility as our State and Federal elections.

Here are some numbers to reflect on:
Payne County has 45,414 registered voters
Presidential General turnout : 64.72%
April School and Municipal General turnout : 5.60% (Note voter eligibility by districts does effect possible turnout)
