A quick reminder as we move into storm season: please secure your donations in a plastic bag! This is done to minimize water damage to items donated to Wings of Hope and Thrifty Butterfly. Our green donation bins are designed to help prevent leaks, but nothing is perfect with this Oklahoma weather.
We greatly appreciate all our community does to help our clients, in shelter and beyond.

We are proud to be able to support everyone at Wings of Hope, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. We are committed to breaking the cycle of violence for everyone.

Today for Thank You Week, we want to highlight the OSU BCM. They held a donation drive at their annual Women's event in April this year, and gathered hygiene and household items for survivors. They delivered the supplies in hand-painted tote bags!

Hello everyone!
We have some teens in shelter, and need a little bit of help from our community. We need supplies geared toward teens!
Specifically, we need hygiene items and clothing for all genders.
Some examples of things we could use are below.
• Socks
• Shoes
• Underwear
• Deodorant
• Menstrual products
• Self-care items
• Makeup
We are so immensely grateful for everyone who is able to assist us with these matters. Our community helps us to keep these individuals safe and cared for during their time with us. 🦋

Our next Thank You Week spotlight is the Women in Business Club at Oklahoma State University!
They invited us to come speak to their members about our organization and services, and DOUBLY showed support! They held a donation drive AND hand-painted tote bags for our survivors. We are so very appreciative of how they showed up and showed out for the individuals and families we serve.

Kicking off our Thank You Week with a delayed post for Memorial Day, and we're thrilled to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mercy Hospital Logan County for their incredible support!
Back in April, they hosted a Lab Week donation drive, and chose us as their beneficiaries.
We are beyond grateful for the materials they donated to our organization, which will have a direct impact on our mission to provide vital services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. We're honored to have partners who share our commitment to breaking the cycle of violence in Oklahoma and beyond. 🦋💙💜

We have been overflowing with support this May! Because we have so many amazing organizations and businesses that have supported us this month, we will be holding a THANK YOU WEEK starting on Monday, May 25th.
We can't wait to share all the wonderful ways people have helped us 💜💙
