* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Eastern Kay County in northern Oklahoma...
Noble County in northern Oklahoma...
North central Payne County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 315 AM CDT.

* At 243 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 5 miles east of Chilocco to 4 miles northeast of
Marland to 3 miles east of Perry, moving east at 25 mph. A recent
gust to near 65 mph was reported at the Ponca City airport.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Stillwater, Ponca City, Perry, Newkirk, Morrison, Glencoe, Kaw
City, Red Rock, Marland, Kildare, Chilocco, Kaw Lake, Lake
Mcmurtry, Hardy, Sooner Lake, and Ceres.

Thunderstorm chances will increase tonight into Tuesday as a cold front moves across the area. Some of the storms could be severe with damaging winds and large hail. Here is an estimate on timing of any severe storms.

Tryon, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees. Accumulating hail is
possible.
