We regret to inform our community that due to recent federal directives, our Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) grant has been terminated. Since 1999, the CDC’s REACH program has collaborated with communities to reduce health disparities among racial and ethnic groups.

In our Stockton office, we’ve been dedicated to implementing nutrition policies, establishing lactation spaces, conducting safe walk audits to protect our students and community, organizing monthly wellness walks, and partnering with churches and community organizations to foster positive change.

We are deeply saddened by this development and extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey. Your support and collaboration have been invaluable in our shared mission to promote health equity.

We remain committed to exploring new avenues to continue serving our community’s health needs.

Get ready for Yosemite Street Villages annual Easter Egg Hunt! 🐣🐰 🥚 🌷 This year the hunts will be staggered so our little littles can enjoy the fun!
9:30am 5 yrs and under
10:30am 6-10 yrs of age
PLEASE no older than 10 yrs of age or adult participation 🤩 we are working to make it safe and organized for all children to enjoy. There also will be some fun activities taking place in between hunts and after for children of all ages.
