This might not seem like much trash, but Caltrans often fills dozens of bags with trash like this strewn for a mile or more, like recently along I-5 near the Lathrop Road exit in SJ County. Tip: keep a bag in your car to collect your litter and avoid it floating or spilling out. 💙🚮

both lanes of westbound SR-120/Manteca Bypass are blocked near Yosemite Avenue due to over-turned big rig with gravel/debris. Expect delays and seek alternate route.

The right lane of northbound I-5 remains closed with no ETO.

🚨UPDATE FOR I-5 CRASHES🚨

There are two separate crashes, first closer to Sperry Road, second closer to Fink Road, both northbound. The crash near Fink Road has been deemed a HAZMAT. Expect major delays for the next few hours.

UPDATE: All lanes are open

Two traffic incidents are blocking the #2 (right) lane of northbound I-5 near Patterson. Expect delays and drive with caution. No ETO.

Expect one-way traffic control today (Thursday, May 28) on SR-108 between Eighth Street and Mesa Drive for construction work.
Traffic control will be in place from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Caltrans was honored to join the Grewal Family, Galt Police Department and local community this morning during the SR-99 Galt Police Officer Harminder Grewal Memorial Highway dedication ceremony. New signs appear on SR-99 at Collier Road (NB) and at the SAC/SJ County line (SB.)
