California Department of Fair Employment and Housing Corruption

In 2002, my girlfriend (now wife and we've been together for over twenty-years with no separations) and I were trying to rent a condo unit, and when the manager received our application what she did next was entirely illegal.

The condo manager called us back, but we were not home. What the condo manager did was to leave a completely bigoted message that she knew was being recorded, and she had no problem with her position.

The condo manager's message clearly details her position as she said "The two of you are an in*******al couple which is wrong, and I have no intention of contributing to something like that; I won't rent to you!"

This voicemail was offered to the DFEH, and their response?

The evidence you want to offer the DFEH cannot be accepted as the person who left the message may not have known they were being recorded, therefore, it is inadmissible as evidence.

This is understandably infuriating; of course she knew she was being recorded, best demonstrated by our outgoing message "Leave a message at the beep!"

The DFEH chose not to act on our complaint due to a lack of evidence. Therefore, The DFEH is a useless paper-dragon who is just fine with racial discrimination; so why are we paying them their salaries with our tax-dollars?

The DFEH is just another expensive farce meant to appear to be something real, but is entirely fake; a waste of time and tax-dollars. Kevin Kish is despicable crook, a coward, and he should be removed along with his minions who have no problem with carrying out his illegal instructions.

If you believe your case with the DFEH is moving too slowly, not going anywhere, you are being discriminated against by the DFEH investigators, or maybe your case has been misfiled; DO NOT wait for the DFEH to get a clue, if they make even one mistake in your case; they will rule against you just to hide their mistakes and errors.

As you see below, I'm undeterred in my mission to make California taxpayers aware of the fraudulent practices of the DFEH Elk Grove, run by the corrupt, lying, apathetic crook Kevin Kish.

I have filed with the California Auditor to extensively go over my case in meticulous fashion. Such attention to detail, and a sense of duty is not necessary to a high degree; it's painfully obvious and right there in front of one's face, one need only open their eyes and know how to read, and notice things.

Notice also, that the AG Becerra's underling Casey Hallihan refers me to an attorney; this will ensure that this local government's corrupt activities are kept nice and quiet, so the public won't know. This letter also informs me once more, the AG's office was meant to protect corrupt actors of the State, not to help the citizens whom they have wronged with their acts of corruption. Our tax dollars at work.

I WILL make sure the avenue I take allows for complete transparency. My complaint to the governor Gavin Newsom will be sent by registered mail, and I may deliver the original in person as I film the entire event.

Today I filed a whistleblower complaint with the California State Auditor. We will see if it does any good. I sent a TON of information and evidence.

Before I post the apathetic letter sent to me by Kevin Kish which was meant to add yet, further insult to injury; both Mary Bonilla and Kish accused me of being a bigot simply because I demanded Torreliza removed from my case due to her unprofessional conduct, her religiosity by which she was discriminating against me as I'm a strict Atheist, her struggles with grasping and interpreting, and speaking the English language, and her VERY personal insults she leveled at me time and again. I Demanded she have nothing to do with my case back in December 2014; BEFORE it was ever assigned to anyone.

Note: I filed in December 2014 and Houdiniesq really pulled a Harry Houdini with my entire case and made it disappear; my case was now more than two-years old due to Kevin Kish's corrupt actions.

Every attorney I spoke with told me the same thing: "I love this case, but let's wait for the results from the DLSE and the DFEH (both tried to claimed they had no jurisdiction which is a lie best proven by the fact that the DFEH eventually had to, pretend at least, to look into my allegations. The attorneys would say: "I don't see how they can rule against you. You already have the EDD AL Judge's ruling in your favor and a ton of undeniable proof!"

Initially, a law firm jumped on my case immediately (Jose Garay law firm) because they wanted to link my case along with a class action lawsuit they filed against Amazon. However, my case was disimular to the class action, and they were unwilling to wait for the EDD AL Judge's ruling, so they dropped my case which never helps; lawyers and attorneys are scumbags, that's what I learned from Jose Garay.

And after more than two-years pass due to the corruption which exists in our local government, e. g, DLSE, DFEH, OSHA, DIR, DOL and their despicable methods; attorneys will not take the case because the time statutes have run out. This is no accident; this is the motive of operation for the DFEH and the aforementioned sham "State regulatory entities". When they screw up, YOU (and me) Joe taxpayer pay for it dearly, not the State.

As far as this lame insult issued to me by Bonillo and Kish? I'm an Anglo, and my wife is 100% hispanic, she's quite dark. We've been together for eighteen-years--no separations--we have two biracial children together made from our own bodies, and I largely vote democratic; If I am a racist, I'm not very good at it am I?

Note also, that EVERYTHING the DFEH sends me is sent with a "Confidentiality Clause" which Susan Snow violated by forwarding this Email to Mary Bonilla. I've already been through some explaining to facebook about these CC'd posts as I claim protection via the FOIA act as these are State taxpayer funded programs run by idiots who fear true transparency, and hide their illegal conduct by way of "Confidentiality Clause". I intend to wipe my backside with it. By the way, Facebook completely agrees due to the enormous amount of proof I possess.

And once more, I would like to point out that I filed on time with the DFEH, yet their wonky Houdiniesq bungled my case and the DFEH visited their mistakes on me. In fact, Susan Snow only relented because she needed to do a little CYA "cover your ass" or this rude troglodyte would simply have continued to ignore me.

Therefore, it took more than two-years for the DFEH to get around to what they call "assisting" me. Read the email below, is this how it's really supposed to work?

The complaints you see below had to be populated in a very unique way, copied, scanned and then sent to DFEH (Kevin Kish conveniently makes it near impossible to make complaints against him, or his underlings), however, they all went unanswered. Except for the complaint I made against Kish himself; he answered in a most apathetic letter to me, leaving me with no doubt as to his apathy and corruption. I will post my complaint against Kish and his smarmy, apathetic Email to me letting me know that he can throw my truth in the garbage to be replaced with his lies at his behest whenever he wishes.

As you see below, even though I tried to enlist the help of the DFEH (just in case it was their jurisdiction) just two-months after I went to the DLSE; the DFEH online filing system Houdiniesq fouled up my complaint, and Carolina Torreliza had now told me my complaint would not be heard. Moreover, look at the date on her go F%&K! yourself letter; it took a whole year of rejection, pleading with Susan Snow to acknowledge the mistake was not mine, it was the mistakes made by the DFEH's Houdiniesq (aptly named as they escape responsibility, punishment and payment by way of contortion is need be) in order to get my complaint filed.

Torreliza went further, as you see below, to make sure I would receive no help by putting it in writing. However, I located Susan Snow and explained what I was being put through, and she only relented out of annoyance with me more than some sense of empathy.

Is this the way it really works folks? You are treated like the guilty party all the while trying to receive help against predatory, lawless employers.

Notice also that the DFEH has wasted so much of my time by the time this letter was sent, I have very little time to get anything done and the case being more than two-years old at the time the letter informing me that my case is now active; attorneys are not interested by now, with so little time to work with. This is no accident; Kevin Kish is to blame. Kish's apathetic email to me will be posted next, before I respond to the absurd Case Closure and Closure Determinations issued by this entirely fraudulent scam that is the DFEH.

I first went to the DLSE (Department of Labor Standards Enforcement ; a total taxpayer farce by another name) regarding Amazon's illegal conduct. The DLSE put my case in the hands of Blanca Villafranco; someone who is a religious crackpot, and discriminates accordingly so. I demanded her removed immediately from my case. Villafranco refused me her email address (I now know how to simply figure out whose email is whose, but not back then), refused to let me record our conversations, refused to meet with me in person, and she called me a "Whistle-blower, and a lowly Atheist!" during a heated debate over her choosing to ignore, nor receive, or even look at my evidence. She even told me "I don't give a s**t about some EDD's ALJ's ruling!" I wanted her to let me record her saying as much.

Notice in the document below, my stamped filing date with DLSE was 06/26/2014. Notice that the next document is a DFEH (from their website) complaint (to make against them) form to help them "police themselves" which is always a bad idea. Conveniently, this complaint system is also rife with errors, in fact, it wouldn't let me populate the fields necessary to make the complaint. However, this complaint was meant for Carolina Torreliza and I copied it to prove their "checks and balance" system is corrupt. It also proves that I inquired into the DFEH's (though futilely as in the past) help. I called the DFEH in December 2014. Torreliza was inexcusably rude, and she hung up on me. In a very thick Middle-Eastern accent--butchering the language--I could barely understand her--she informs me "I don't want to hear about your problems! Your case will not be heard!"

I also learn that I must obtain a legal "Cairo" in order to hurdle over Torreliza; my tax dollars at work. The DFEH document below displays the start of this lengthy process. Keep in mind; I've been illegally terminated for falling ill with pneumonia growing into bronchospasm, my bills are not getting paid, and neither the DLSE, nor the DFEH give a damn.

Meanwhile, Villafranco at the DLSE has thrown my case into her garage--like some hoarder--to be forgotten. In fact, it will be almost two-years (pictured below) before she actually does anything with my case at all. Furthermore, her discriminatory, personal comments she made against my choice to be an Atheist, and the DLSE's refusal to remove her from my case forces me to distrust her lack of integrity and lack of common sense.

Undaunted by Torreliza, I push ahead with my attempts to report in a timely manner with the DFEH. However, Torreliza is not yet finished demonstrating her abilities to discourage me from seeking justice at all, which will be featured in my next post.

Despite my many calls to the DFEH about the "Line" I was waiting in to have my case "investigated"; the DFEH's third-party computer system Houdiniesq (which proved, in the words of the Houdiniesq system and IT employee claimed " Our program demonstrated a common flaw, or error in the system; you're not alone." and she apologized for the fact that I became one of its victims) created a more than one-year long delay in my case. The employee also noted that this fact should not have incurred any damage as I was not at fault.

However, the "cairo" hurdles I was made to jump over, until I was able to reach Susan Snow (she granted it after I urged her) clearly proves that I was being unfairly punished by our local government for THEIR mistakes, corrupt employees, and glitch ridden computer programs.

Kevin Kish has a budget to protect, a false image of the DFEH to protect, and he doesn't mind being as apathetic, underhanded and even cruel as he pleases whilst doing so. His apathetic email to me will be posted soon in my responses to the corrupt and completely erroneous "Determination, and Case Closure" rulings were entirely fraudulent. Moreover, I was discriminated against from the very beginning.

My trip to Governor Newsom's office is going to make a difference, I believe.

Case Closure:

Since the "investigators" have are already been instructed to rule against my case, no matter what, even ignoring an ALJ Judge's ruling completely in my favor.

Here is DFEH's response to their request.

My case was doomed to failure due to the glitch ridden Houdiniesq third-party computer program which caused a more than one-year needless and erroneous delay in my case.

Kevin Kish immediately threw my case into the toilet to protect his budget; if the DFEH does the right thing, Amazon will want to know why they must pay for delays caused by the DFEH in paid compensation for my damages.

How Kish decided to do this will now be posted and I invoke the protection of FOIA as this is a taxpayer funded program.

My information below these new posts completely debunks the closure determination made in my case by a DFEH "investigator" whom I demanded removed from my case the first time I spoke with her.

I shall post all, and then expose each act of corruption paragraph, by paragraph with documented proof.

Corrupt "Closure Determination" to be posted soon. I shall completely expose and break down each of the wrongful decisions made by the despicable Carolina Torreliza, Maxwell Nwaopara and director Kevin Kish.

My trip to Governor Gavin Newsom (for whom I voted) is well planned. I've had enough of this garbage! Kounalakis has helped me pave a path to justice!

I shall not stop until Torreliza, Nwaopara, Wong, and Kish have been removed from service by our newly elected governor for misconduct!
