Giving thanks to our resident council in Conway Homes for putting together enough resources to provide Thanksgiving meals to 480 households. This was done in collaboration with City Manager Harry Black, Councilmember Brando Villapudua, Mayor Lincoln, RSSC, KIPP, Black and Mickey’s with Mackalot, Ignite Within and BUFA, and so many more of our community partners. We thank you all!

We are so thankful to have our resident council team in Sierra Vista to pull in the resources and give away 210 hams, 140 turkeys, and other fixins to our residents for their Thanksgiving Day meals. Special shout out to SJ Food Bank, Bread of Life, Lavelle Hawkins, United Way, STAND, Stockton PD, Reinvent Stockton, and Patricia Miller for your contribution. More community activities! Today the Sierra Vista Resident Council hosted the 2024 Fall Festival. Special thanks to Georgia Brownlee for her tireless effort in serving our community and the Stockton Police Department for their continued support! Plenty of food, fun, and of course, pumpkins 🎃. Yesterday was the official ribbon cutting for Aspire Apex & Aspire Stockton Secondary Academy in our Sierra Vista community. It was an inspiring ceremony acknowledging Anthony Solina and all of the wonderful Aspire staff, students, and community partners. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉

The children of our migrant family housing community had a blast at last week’s pumpkin painting event. Special thanks to Judge Srai of the Superior Court of San Joaquin County for donating 70 pumpkins and supplies, and snacks.
