Let me be clear — as both an elected official and a resident of City Council District 3, I unequivocally condemn the homophobic rhetoric coming from candidates in this City Council race.

I stand with Councilmembers Mario Enríquez and Jason Lee. No one should be targeted or attacked for who they are.

Stockton deserves leaders who treat every resident with dignity and are focused on the real issues affecting our community. I am proud to support Michael Blower for his record of service, his willingness to stand up for what’s right, and his commitment to the City of Stockton.
