TRAFFIC ALERT - NEW All-WAY STOP COMING TO SR 21 & SR 212
The intersection of SR 21 and SR 212 will be changing to an All-way stop intersection.
Motorists traveling through the area should be aware of the upcoming change and use extra caution as drivers adjust to the new traffic pattern. Please pay close attention to all posted signs and be prepared to stop in all directions when approaching the intersection.
The purpose of this change is to improve safety for motorists traveling through the intersection.

🛑ALL-WAY STOP CONVERSION🛑
Starting September 14, the SR 21/SR 212 intersection at the Tuscarawas/Stark County line will be converted to an all-way stop. to improve safety. Puma is doing great! Officer Cottrell and K9 Puma started their training last week! They are going to make an amazing team! What a fantastic asset to the Village Of Strasburg!

The K9 fund is still taking donations. Anything helps K9 Puma and her road to a successful career. You can mail a check to 358 5th Street SW, Strasburg Ohio, stop on at SSB bank and donate directly to the K9 fund or stop into the PD! Checks can be made payable to the Village Of Strasburg.

T-shirts are in the works to help support Miss Puma! We will post a link for those when they are ready!

The Strasburg Police Department has been made aware of a letter being mailed to residents by the U.S. Deputy Sheriff's Association requesting donations to help fund bulletproof vests for Strasburg Police Officers.

This letter is NOT associated with the Strasburg Police Department. We are not involved with this mailing and are not soliciting donations through this organization.

If you receive one of these letters, we ask that you do not call the phone number listed, do not send money, and simply discard the letter.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this mailing, please contact the Strasburg Police Department.

As school is back in session, we want to remind everyone to please slow down, stay alert, and help keep our students safe. Please keep in mind that

Bodmer Avenue from 3rd Street SW to 3rd Street NW and a portion of Tiger Drive are designated 20 MPH school zones during Weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Additionally, there is NO TURN ON RED at the intersection of Wooster Avenue and 1st Street during the following times: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM during school days.

These traffic regulations are in place to help protect crossing guards, students, families, and school staff during busy arrival and dismissal times.
