Who can take it? Anyone who lives in Monroe or Pike County. You do not need to be enrolled in any program.

What does it ask? Health care, mental health, food, housing, employment, transportation, childcare, and other community supports.

Why the household questions? They help make sure every part of both counties is represented in the results.
