Be on the lookout if you spot this man who escaped during a riot at the Whitley County Detention Center do not approach call 911 or Kentucky State Police post 11.

At 11:55p.m. - The Whitley County Detention Center is reporting an escaped inmate, Charles B. Randall, may be in the area.

KSP states that Randall may still be in possession of pepper spray used in a riot and assault of three staff members earlier tonight.

Mr. Randle is a 42-year-old white male, 6’1” with brown hair and hazel eyes, weighing around 190 lbs. He was charged with R**e 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, and In**st. He may be armed and is considered dangerous.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or KSP Post 11 at 606-878-6622
