PSA:

We know some are raising concerns about not having a fire truck currently at Central Station. We want to assure everyone that Central Station remains staffed, and our personnel continue to respond to medical calls and other emergencies.
Our ladder truck is currently in Conway for pump and engine repairs and is expected to return sometime next week.
In the meantime, we continue to maintain fire coverage with engines positioned on both the north and south ends of the city.
Our commitment to the citizens of Stuttgart never changes. We will continue to be here when you need us.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding!

Today, the Stuttgart Fire Department joins our nation in remembering the 2,977 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001.
We especially remember the 343 firefighters and 60 law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice while running toward danger to save others.
They answered the call knowing the risks, and never hesitated.
As firefighters, we understand the bond that exists between those who wear the badge and answer the alarm. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment to others will forever be a part of the fire service.
Today, we remember their families, their brothers and sisters in the fire service, and every life forever changed by that tragic day.
From the Stuttgart Fire Department — we remember. We honor. We will never forget.

THANK YOU, DODGE’S!

The Stuttgart Fire Department would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Dodge’s for generously providing a meal for our crew members yesterday.
Your generosity and continued support of our firefighters and our community are truly appreciated. During a busy shift, having a warm meal provided for our crew means more to us than you may realize. It is gestures like this that make a meaningful difference and remind us how fortunate we are to serve a community that stands behind its first responders.
We are grateful for the continued support and partnership of local businesses like Dodge’s.

With sincere appreciation,

Chief Jimmy Cason
