🚨 Staying Safe & Scam Smart! 🚨

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sgt. Stefanie Howe and Lt. Wayne Shurling from the Sudbury Police Department to the Sudbury Senior Center for an important and informative presentation on scams, fraud prevention, and how to protect ourselves from becoming victims.

We had a wonderful turnout for this timely and valuable program! 👏

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Sudbury Police Department, especially Sgt. Howe and Lt. Shurling, for generously sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise to help educate and empower our senior community. Your commitment to keeping our residents informed and safe is truly appreciated! 💙

🥪 Guests also enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Roche Bros. in Sudbury.

🌟 A very special thank you to the Friends of the Sudbury Senior Citizens, whose generous sponsorship made this event possible.

Stop by on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at Fire Headquarters, 77 Hudson Road. See the fire trucks and ambulances up close, learn about fire and life safety, and enjoy hands-on activities for the kids. Plus, Smokey Bear is scheduled to make a special visit! 🐻
A fun and educational event for the whole family—come meet our local firefighters and learn more about the important work they do to keep our community safe.

🎶 DON’T MISS THIS SPECIAL TRIP TO THE BOSTON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA! 🎶

Join the Sudbury Senior Center for a special behind-the-scenes experience at the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Sit in on a BSO rehearsal and watch Conductor Samy Rachid lead the orchestra in works by Weber, Mendelssohn, and Schumann. 🎻🎼
🚌 Leave the driving and Boston parking to us. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a wonderful musical outing.

Fee: $60 per person
Includes round-trip transportation and admission to the rehearsal

📅 Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 7
