The Town of Suffield is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Accounts Payable to join our Finance Department.

💼 Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
💲 Town Hall Union | Grade 10 | Benefits Eligible
🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

This position performs technical and clerical accounting work involving accounts payable/receivable, financial records, cash receipts, deposits, invoices, reconciliations, special fund checks, 1099s, and related accounting functions.
