💊 DRUG TAKE BACK DAY – OCTOBER 24! 💊

Have unused or expired medications sitting in your medicine cabinet? Now is the perfect time to safely get rid of them! 💙

VOA Sultan Prevention Coalition, in partnership with the Sultan Police Department, invites our community to participate in National Drug Take Back Day. Together, we can help protect our families, prevent medication misuse, and keep our community safe.

📅 Saturday, October 24
⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Sultan Police Station
515 Main Street, Sultan, WA

🔒 FREE lock bags and lockable pill bottles will be provided!

✅ Bring your unused, unwanted, or expired medications for safe disposal.
🚫 Please note: Aerosols, liquids, and needles will NOT be accepted.

Every small step makes a difference! Properly disposing of medications helps prevent accidental poisonings, misuse, and medications from getting into the wrong hands.

The Sky Valley Community Resource Center is looking for volunteers who want to make a positive impact in our community! Whether you’re 18+, a high school student looking to complete volunteer hours, or someone hoping to gain new skills and experience, there’s a place for you here. 💙

The Sky Valley Campus is a community hub where people can find a variety of resources, services, programs, and activities all in one place.

🔹 VOA Sky Valley Community Resource Center: Get help finding resources for housing, employment, utilities, behavioral health, substance use prevention, and more.

🔹 VOA Sultan Food Bank: Provides food assistance to everyone in the community. No eligibility requirements are needed to receive food.

🔹 ECEAP & Affordable Child Care: Our free preschool program is available to eligible low-income families, with affordable child care options also available for families who need them.

🔹 VOA Sky Valley Center: A place for older adults and community members to gather, enjoy a full hot lunch Monday through Friday for just $10, and participate in activities open to the community, including art, bingo, trips, technology help, and more.
