These men and woman do a wonderful job and we here at Chicota VFD are incredibly thankful to work with each of them. God Bless you!

It’s National CERT Week! 💚

We are incredibly thankful for our Lamar County CERT volunteers and the time, heart, and dedication they give to our community.

Whether they are supporting first responders during emergencies, helping with firefighter rehab, assisting at community events, or stepping up wherever they are needed, our CERT members are always ready to serve.

These volunteers give their time simply because they care about Lamar County and the people who call it home, and we are so fortunate to have them.

During National CERT Week, please join us in saying THANK YOU to Lamar County CERT for everything they do! We appreciate you more than you know! 💚
