Congrats to MPCTC Fi****ms Instructor Bob Swartz for being recognized as an Instructor of the Year at this year's Conference! Here are just a few of the many accomplishments submitted:

Bob is not only a valuable member of the Fi****ms Training Facility staff, he is also an active duty law enforcement officer and brings that critical expertise and skill set to the students he instructs. He created a new class entitled “Medical Safety Briefing” which explains to students what the FTF staff roles are and what is expected of students should a significant event take place on the firing range such as gun shot wounds, heart attacks, and various other medical emergencies. He continuously seeks to teach classes he has not previously taught and when he does, he brings a unique perspective because of his active duty status. Bob is able to effectively communicate with students at all levels and ensures they have a positive experience and understand key take-aways upon completion of their training.
