LifeSaver 4 was proud to be part of a great day of training with the Alabama EMS Challenge!

A big thank you to Prattville Fire & Rescue for hosting us and to Dr. Ferguson and the Alabama EMS Challenge team for their continued commitment to providing free, physician-led CEU training to EMS providers across Alabama. It was great to train alongside so many dedicated EMS professionals and our partners from Children’s of Alabama COACHES, Alabama Fire College, and UAB EMS Prehospital Care.

We appreciate everyone who continues to invest in making Alabama EMS stronger.

Thank you for all you do!

Help us wish the one…the only….Tater a very happy birthday! Not only are you an incredible clinician, but you somehow manage to put up with the rest of us every shift…and that deserves an award all by itself. Thanks for keeping us in line and bringing your sense of humor and professionalism to the crew every day.
Here’s to another year of safe flights and adventures! 🎂 🎉

Adam and Marc flew with the kind of dedication and professionalism that made everyone around them better. They gave everything to this mission and to the people of this region who needed us most.

We remember them today, and every day we lift off.
Rest easy, brothers. We’ve got the watch. 🚁💙

Our hearts are with our sister base, Alabama Life Saver 5, which had an incident on Sunday. We went on a short safety standdown to help support our teammates, but we are back in service and are ready to serve the community with the highest level of clinical excellence. Please join us in keeping our Evergreen teammates in your thoughts and prayers. It’s a beautiful day to fly and we are standing by ready to go.

Out with the old and in with the new! We’re excited to welcome our new Bell 407GXI to the team…one of the most advanced aircraft in the region. With IFR capability, an advanced Bell autopilot, state of the art avionics, and multiple redundant safety systems, this aircraft represents a meaningful step forward in both capability and safety.

Even while currently operating within our current mission profiles, these enhancements provide additional safety margins for our crew and patients, including a bird-strike-resistant windscreen and next-generation flight systems.

Grateful to be part of a program where Air Methods continues demonstrating its commitment to safety through ongoing fleet modernization and investment in technology designed to protect crews and the communities we serve.
