Go Elise!!!

Southview Cougar Athlete of the Week - Elise Vens!

Sophomore tennis player Elise Vens capped off an outstanding season, earning NLL Buckeye Division Champion and Player of the Year honors. She continued her success in postseason play, capturing both the Division I Sectional and District Championships and qualifying for the OHSAA State Championship Tournament. Elise finished the season with an impressive 25-1 record.

Head Coach Brad Riggs commented, “Elise has had a remarkable season, but what impresses me most is her work ethic and competitive drive. She puts in the time to improve her game and brings that same determination to every match. Her success is well deserved, and we're excited to see what she can accomplish over the next two years.”

Back in action for another year at Timberstone Junior High!

I am so pumped for another year at Timberstone! This is our new pledge, and we want our students asking themselves these two important questions as often as possible. Is it respectful? Is it kind? See you soon Wolves!

Yesterday was the last day with students, and there were definitely some difficult moments saying goodbye to my 8th graders. This is the first class I was able to have all three years, and they will not be forgotten quickly. Luckily for me, I have some pretty amazing sixth graders that I know will give me plenty of smile about over the next two years, including my TikTok dance debut.
