Are you curious about what actually happens during a real paranormal investigation? Join us as we welcome back Syracuse Paranormal for another fascinating presentation! The team will provide a behind the scenes look at what goes into a professional investigation and the equipment they use. They will also share findings from some of their most interesting investigations.

UPDATE: All trees have been assigned decorators.

The Friends of Onondaga Free Library are excited to host our annual 2026 Festival of Trees fundraiser—and this year marks our incredible 20th anniversary!

Would you (possibly with your family, your co-workers, your friends, etc.) like to be part of this milestone year and decorate a tree?

How it works:
🎄The Friends provide the undecorated tabletop trees.
🎄You provide the holiday creativity and a fun theme. (Please do not include food or alcohol.)
🎄Display & Raffle: Trees are displayed in the library lobby, where patrons buy raffle tickets to win their favorites.

How to participate: Email [email protected] with subject "Festival of Trees"

Key Dates & Timeline:
🎄Oct 10–17: Pick up your blank tree at the OFL's front desk (4840 West Seneca Tpk).
🎄Nov 7: Deadline to drop off your decorated tree at OFL's front desk.
🎄Nov 13 – Dec 12: Display and purchase raffle tickets.
🎄Dec 14: Winners will be drawn and contact by the Friends.

Thank you to all who have supported this joyful fundraiser over the last 20 years. We cannot wait to see the wonderfully creative trees this year! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
