OIDE Veterans Initiative Presents: A Film Screening of The Invisible War Followed by a Panel Conversation
The Invisible War exposes a r**e epidemic in the armed forces, investigating the institutions that perpetuate it as well as its profound personal and social consequences" The following panel conversation will include Military Veterans, The ESF Choose Action Network and Vera House. Please note: This program may be triggering for some individuals. We will have counseling support staff available as needed. Interested in practicing talking about your research and winning some money? Register for the Four Minute Thesis Competition! The competition will be held on two separate days to accommodate different schedules Monday 4/26 3:30-4:30 and Tuesday 4/27 2:00-3:00 ( you are only required to attend your 4-minute time slot, but we would love you to stay!). Everyone will be allowed one visual aid (e.g. one PowerPoint slide).
1st place - $120
2nd place - $90
3rd place - $70
ALL participants will receive a $10 visa gift card

Easter is just around the corner, and GSA's Social Activities Committee has something fun up their sleeve! Join us on Saturday, April 3rd from 11am - 1pm on the SUNY-ESF quad for a socially distanced Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Munch! All graduate students are welcome to attend. There will be an Easter egg hunt complete with prizes, including candy and gift cards. Snacks and drinks will also be available. In the event of inclement weather, we will arrange an area indoors where you can collect an Easter egg basket with Easter eggs, mimosa kits, and pastries.
