Look for a newly redesigned library in the near future! The current library is 5 years old and is in need of some TLC. Our goal is to make some sort of annex for shorter people. Stay tuned!

While not as cool as Rita Book, who you may remember from 2016, we have completed our piece for this year’s Creek Float! The event is Sunday 3:00-4:30, along the Creek Walk in Franklin Square.

Syracuse libraries forgive overdue fines for kids, so they can still borrow books The policy mirrors one adopted by some suburban libraries last year.
We are marching in the Eastwood Memorial Day parade with Rita! I think we are going to have FIVE wagons full of books for the parade. These things are rather heavy. We are going to need some adults to volunteer to pull wagons. Kids can hand out business cards to spectators. wagons will have signs letting spectators know to meet us at the end of the parade for free books.
