May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
At REACH CNY, we know that mental health is deeply connected to the health and well-being of individuals, children, and families. Support, connection, education, and access to resources can make a life-changing difference.
This month, and every month, we recognize the importance of caring for our mental health, just as we care for our physical health. Whether someone is navigating stress, anxiety, postpartum challenges, parenting struggles, isolation, or simply having a hard day, they deserve compassion and support.
By continuing conversations, reducing stigma, and supporting one another, we help create healthier and more connected communities across Central New York.
You are not alone.
