Today, on Transgender Day of Visibility, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of our transgender community — here in Syracuse and around the world.
Housing insecurity and displacement disproportionately impact marginalized communities, including trans residents. No one should ever be pushed out of their home simply for being who they are. That’s why Daniel is committed to protecting tenants, preventing unfair displacement, and ensuring housing is safe and accessible for all.
Syracuse’s strength is its diversity — and we must protect it.

Proud to stand with thousands in Syracuse on Saturday— and millions across the country — at the No Kings protest.
We cannot accept a country where people are ripped from their homes, separated from their families, and denied due process. Where military actions happen without congressional approval. That’s not democracy — that’s the behavior of a king.
Our Constitution exists to protect people from exactly this kind of abuse of power. No one is above the law.
And here in Syracuse, we have a responsibility to stand up for our neighbors — all of them. Citizens and non-citizens alike. Protecting people’s rights isn’t political — it’s the decent, human thing to do.
No kings. Not here. Not ever.

You can’t represent a city if you don’t show up for it.
Daniel has spent this year attending TNT, Neighborhood meetings across Syracuse — listening to residents, understanding concerns, and being part of the conversation.
That’s the kind of leadership our city deserves.

☘️ Huge thanks to our volunteers who braved the cold at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade today.
They were out gathering signatures to make sure Daniel Stazzone is on the ballot — the only candidate with 20 years of housing experience at a time when Syracuse is facing a housing crisis.
Daniel understands that housing is the foundation of social justice.

We have a lot of work to do.
And the time to be bold about housing is now.
Daniel Stazzone is running for Common Council because he knows real change starts at home — with stable, affordable housing and strong neighborhoods.
This is a grassroots campaign. That means we need you.
Join us at Taps Bar, 515 Westcott Street, to meet Daniel, ask questions, and share your ideas.
And if you can’t make it, please share this post to help us reach more neighbors.
Let’s build the Syracuse we know is possible.

During his lunch break Tuesday, Daniel was out on the Southside walking properties with A Tiny Home for Good.
That’s the kind of leadership Syracuse needs — someone who shows up and does the work.
Fixing our housing crisis won’t happen overnight, but the foundation for justice, opportunity, and strong neighborhoods starts with housing.

Syracuse is growing. The question is — who benefits?
Other cities have grown quickly and lost their character. Longtime residents were pushed out. Historic homes were demolished.
Daniel Stazzone has spent nearly 20 years proving there’s a better way — revitalizing neighborhoods block by block and helping families build generational wealth.
On 3-1-5 Day, we’re showcasing a real example of that work.
This is a grassroots campaign. If you believe social justice starts with housing, help us spread the word.

Syracuse is at a critical point — and we can’t afford to sit on the sidelines.
Daniel Stazzone has spent nearly 20 years helping families become homeowners, revitalizing neighborhoods block by block, and fighting for housing that’s fair and accessible for all.
Now he’s running for Common Council At-Large — and this campaign is powered by neighbors, not party machines.
Join us at Middle Ages Brewery on March 2nd to talk real solutions for housing, jobs, transportation, and the future of our city.
If you believe social justice starts with housing, help us spread the word.
