"State doesn't have a dime for our contract", they tell us.

So here's our two cents:
Investing in public services is also an investment in communities and families.
For every $1 paid to a state worker, $1.60 goes BACK into our communities.
Privatizing public services costs MORE and delivers less, investing in state workers means investing in our local communities.

With a heavy heart I am sharing that long-time Local 53 member and past president of WFSE Council 28 Sue Hendrickson passed away yesterday. Her legacy will live on.
