Vaccine season is in full swing at Rankos' Stadium Pharmacy, your local vaccination destination. We are making some upgrades & updates this year so pls be patient as we work our new processes out.

Its not quite perfect, as there are many complexities to our vaccine program (including our participation in the WA State AVP Program for adults 19+ who are under/uninsured), and the fact that NOT all vaccines are not all on this list.

PBM power is totally out of control and no one will stop them. The worst part is they have sold PHARMACISTS and TECHS (usually at chains) charging the patient more is actually better. Its unethical and unbearable.

When the PBMs destroy all the independents, they will have full, vertical control of the market and prices will SKYROCKET. Just say no to your PBM pharmacy plan and ALWAYS ask your pharmacist how they can save you money and increase the quality of your care. Intolerable abuse of power

ESTRADIOL PATCH SHORTAGE UPDATE:
Demand for these products increased following the November 2025 action by the FDA to request that manufacturers make changes to the labeling to remove boxed warnings about a probable risk of breast cancer, cardiovascular disease, and probable dementia for patients receiving menopausal hormone therapy products for menopause. This labeling change provided women and their healthcare providers with updated information to support individualized discussions about the benefits and risks of menopausal hormone therapy.

We continue to work daily to buy Dotti (bi-weekly) and Climara (once weekly) estradiol patches and we are pretty much out. FYI!! We've been trying to communicate this for over 6 months and the challenge remains...we can't get any.

We have the opportunity to possibly buy a limited supply at higher prices and these would be SELF BILL. Please let us know if that is something you are personally interested in. We are reimbursed at old prices and the sources we are able to buy through are charging us more and they are special order. There may be a glimmer of hope but we are only offering SELF BILL and these are SPECIAL ORDER and the wholesalers will only sell us a limited supply daily/weekly.

Another devistating loss for the pharmacy community. We have to stop the PBM abuse and NOT accept or sign these predatory contracts. They are not sustainable. Heartbreaking

This independent pharmacy in Missouri was in business for 185 years. And low reimbursements from killed it. This theme is repeated in every article about an independent pharmacy closing.
