Extension of ED4 program
The ED 4 extension cost share program will open on Oct. 5, 26 at 8:30 am. The Oklahoma Drought Commission made a decision to make all alternates expire on Oct 4, 26 at midnight. That makes alternates open to make application again with other producers. It is first come first serve just like the first sign up. If there is funds left from first ED4 those funds will roll into the extension program in our county that starts Oct 5. And closes Oct 30. The program is 80% cost share and a maximum payment of $7,500.00. The pond clean out deadline will still be December 2026. All other ED4 deadlines are moved to July 1, 2027.

If you were funded or paid in the first ED4 you do not qualify for the extension program.

If you are in ED4 and were approved you are still able to finish your project.
