On August 27, 2013, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced a final rule aimed to improve job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. A new amendment to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 will effect how these regulations are to be implemented.
