After the loss of a loved one to su***de, it can feel like the night will never end. The questions, the grief, and the weight of it all can be overwhelming.
But just as the sun rises each morning, healing can begin in small, quiet ways. Psychotherapy offers a safe place to sit with the pain while also making space for new beginnings, moments of light, hope, and meaning that can slowly return, even after tragedy.
You don’t have to face this journey alone. If you’re grieving after su***de, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
