The Feisty Flamingos have lost every softball game this season! They can't seem to agree on anything—who should be up at bat, who should be pitching, or even what stretches to do. Low on granola and self-esteem, can they win the final game of the season? This fast-paced comedy about conflict, communication, and confidence proves that teamwork takes the whole team to work.

Recommended for ages 5 and up.

The library has partnered with the Children's Board of Hillsborough County to bring awareness of the importance of providing safe and secure environments for children by creating pinwheel gardens outside our library branches throughout the county. The Upper Tampa Bay Regional Public Library was dedicated 21 years ago today! Construction of the $4.5 million building was funded by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners and a grant from the Florida Department of State, Division of Library Services.

In 2017 it was renamed the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library in honor of the longtime Friends of the Upper Tampa Bay Library President and dedicated library advocate.
