North Tampa Branch Library

New and experienced crafters share knowledge, patterns, and tips and create items for charity or gifts. People 12 and up are welcome and all beginners.

We teach crochet, knitting, and loom knitting, free of charge. We craft hats, purses, preemie hats, lap blankets, and other items for charity using donated yarns. All donations of yarn are gladly accepted, especially worsted weight acrylics and fingering weight baby yarn. Partial skeins and incomplete projects are also welcome, for finishing or repurposing.
