Bay Area Apartment Association

Directions Website

Bay Area Apartment Association BAAA provides Leadership, Education, and Advocacy for the Rental Housing Community. Founded in 1928. Visit us online at www.baaahq.org

The Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) was created to extend one of the longest running associations of apartment owners, managers and related professionals in the country. BAAA is the result of a merger in 1988 between the Pinellas Apartment Association, first chartered on June 7, 1928 as the St. Petersburg Apartment House Association, Inc, and the Tampa Apartment Association chartered in 1963. In 1988, the two associations merged and the name of the association was formally changed to the Bay Area Apartment Association to better reflect the regional identity of the membership. BAAA currently serves members in Citrus, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sumter, and Sarasota counties.

What a week at BAAA! 🌟

Big thanks to Kara Rice for kicking off CAM training and our friends at Lector 85 Apartments for hosting our Board Meeting, where our Leadership Lyceum wrapped up their final session! We can't wait to celebrate their graduation on November 6th at our Holiday Party & Board Installation.

Add in 2027 planning, a fantastic Committee Rush at Coppertail Brewing Co., and today we celebrate birthdays for Maddie & Krystal! It’s been an unforgettable week. Thank you to our incredible members for keeping the momentum going!
