At the most recent City Council meeting, our Aquatics Supervisor, Tiffany Beltran, proudly accepted the proclamation recognizing May as Water Safety Month in the City of Temple Terrace, highlighting our ongoing commitment to keeping our community safe in and around the water.

Splash into a morning of stories and water-filled fun.
Join us for Splash into Storytime, an event designed for young children to explore the importance of water safety in an engaging and interactive way. After storytime, families are invited to cool off with open play in the kiddie pool and splash pad.
This event is free and open to the community.

Our Water Safety Month series begins with a focus on the importance of swim lessons.
Learning to swim is one of the most effective ways to stay safe in and around the water, no matter your age.

May is Water Safety Month, and we’re kicking things off with a new video series focused on keeping our community safe in and around the water.
Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing weekly videos covering the importance of swim lessons, boater safety, and tips for staying safe at backyard and community pools.
New videos will be posted every Monday in May.
