Help us wish Ms. Willa a very happy 98th birthday!
Ms. Willa has been a long-time Temple Terrace resident. She once spent plenty of time on the tennis courts at the Temple Terrace Family Recreation Complex, and today, she’s still staying active through Floor Yoga at the Omar K. Lightfoot Center.
At 98, Ms. Willa continues to stay active, connect with her community, and make the most of every day. We’re so happy to celebrate with her!

The Fitness Center at the Temple Terrace Family Recreation Complex will be temporarily closed on Friday, August 28, from 9:30am to 4pm while we welcome some new equipment!
Members can still get their workout in before the closure, with the Fitness Center open from 5:30–9:30am and again after 4pm.
Coming soon: a new leg press, three brand-new ellipticals, and a second StairMaster to help you get even more out of your workout. Thanks for your patience while we make these upgrades!

Our Summer Youth Program had an awesome day at Urban Air! Campers spent the day climbing, jumping, laughing, and making memories with friends. It’s all part of a summer filled with fun, adventure, and new experiences.

Early Registration: $560 per semester (August 10 – December 18)
Beginning August 4: $585 per semester.

Get ready to ride at the Temple Terrace Bike Rodeo!
Join us on Friday, July 17, from 9 -11am at the Family Recreation Complex for this free event designed for children ages 4–12.
Participants will learn basic bike and pedestrian safety through fun, hands-on, interactive activities. Every child will also receive a free, properly fitted bicycle helmet while supplies last.
A completed waiver is required to participate.

Join Temple Terrace Parks & Recreation for our Bike Rodeo on Friday, July 17, from 9–11 a.m. at the Family Recreation Complex.
Children ages 4–12 will build confidence on two wheels while learning essential bike and pedestrian safety skills through fun, hands-on activities. Participants will also receive a free, properly fitted bicycle helmet while supplies last. A completed waiver is required to participate.
