Our vision is to assist troubled and at-risk youth in achieving their full potential. Helping Thru the Hurt, Inc.

Youth Mentor Program was birthed out of painful place during a very dark time in my life.. But God purposed and predestined that pain to help others and we are committed to do so. Our team is composed of compassionate, educated and gifted individuals with a common goal of assisting troubled and at-risk youth to achieve their full potential, reducing recidivism and creating change in our community.

Helping Thru the Hurt Inc. sends heartfelt prayers and condolences to Mr. Marcellus Williams' loved ones. We are deeply dismayed by the blatant injustice and disregard demonstrated by the justice system towards Mr. Williams. May his memory be honored and his legacy be a cause for change. 💪🏽🙏🏽🙌🏾

Helping Thru the Hurt Inc. would like to THANK everyone that supported this year’s Thanksgiving Outreach event. This year we were blessed to collaborate with my beautiful cousin owner of Toyas Tastee Eats and Sweets and Donielle Smith, 4th year FAMU student.
We are so grateful and thankful for everyone that supported the cause.
Rather you donated, volunteered or simply helped us spread the word you are greatly appreciated.

We successfully provided a hot meal, clothing and other essential items to over 75 individuals. Not only did they eat and receive essential items, they also had a great time.

Donnielle Smith, Sherece Smith and family. Toya Dixon and family. Devonte Williams, Adria Webb, Charlene Bowens, Trenise Payton, Ms. Carolyn “Nana” Smith, Stephanie Robinson, Auryel Perkins, Shondanette Jones, Latralle Perkins, Jennifer Kegler and Tyrek Alston of Rekhavoc Media.
You all did an amazing job…Again …Thank you all so much for your hardwork and support.
