This coming week, most of you should receive our annual mailout letters, and we wanted to make everyone aware that this IS a legitimate letter from our Department.

We’ve also had several ask about how they could donate to the fire department over the last few years and we thought this would help make that available. We appreciate all that have donated and supported us thus far! With all the increasing equipment and operating cost, this will help us better serve all of you. As we are always trying to improve our department to better serve our community. Thank you all!

We will be handing out candy at 2 locations tomorrow (10/31)
At Springdale Elementary School from 5:30-8:30
And at Claiborne County Justice Center from 5-8

We’ve received a call this morning stating someone named Sarah is calling local businesses claiming she will be doing “Fire Inspections” today and that she is with the fire dept, she’s also asking questions that are irrelevant to anything fire related. This is false information as I have spoken with the State Fire Marshals Office and this is not anyone from their agency and we personally don’t do Fire Inspections unless they are requested. We wanted to make everyone aware incase you receive any kind of phone call concerning this. Thank you!

With the help from the State of Tennessee we received funding from the VFEAT grant to purchase some much needed equipment. Special thanks to Chris Allen from AERT for all the help to get us what we needed.
