Rally Point AZ - Phoenix The Rally Point AZ program is designed to assist service members/veterans and their families with a c

The Rally Point Navigator program is designed to assist service members/veterans and their families with “mapping out” appropriate services based on individualized needs. The navigator’s role is to help with the coordination of those services with the idea of promoting self-sufficiency/resiliency and lessen the probability of future crisis.

30 Day Peer-Based assistance with military and community resources

SERVICES (Not limited to)
Assistance in Securing VA Benefits and VA Service Connection
Securing or Maintaining Housing
Vet Center and other Counseling/Psychiatric Services
Connection to Military Nonprofit Service Organizations (i.e., Wounded Warrior Project, etc.) Connecting with Substance Abuse Treatment and Support Groups
Community Resources (food boxes, clothing, short-term financial assistance)
Employment/Vocational Services
Completing AHCCCS/ACA/Unemployment/Food Stamp Applications
Legal Advocacy and Veteran Court Assistance
Family and Caregiver Support Services

Being a Peer Recovery Support Specialist is a unique opportunity to use your lived experience to connect with another human during their own recovery journey. We at La Frontera EMPACT-SPC know that peers are needed, now more than ever, in all levels of the mental health community. In an effort to increase the number of credentialed peers who wish to use their story to empathize, inspire, and motivate others, we have amazing training opportunities throughout the year.
Our Training Includes:
➡️ Education on basics of mental health illness and services
➡️ Opportunities to learn facilitator skills
➡️ Guidance on sharing your lived experience to inspire hope and resiliency to others going through their own recovery
➡️ What you will need to know to pass the State PSS Certification needed for Employment as a Peer Support Specialist in AZ.
